If your using the Camelbak the Big Bite Valve is great!! Highly recommend upgrading if your still using the old school round one this one is much easier to work with & has better flow. Would also recommend the L shaped Ergo Hydrolock if you don't already have one.

This is a great replacement for the original Big Bite Valve on the Camelbak. My pets chewed up the original, when I ordered the replacement it was very simple to take the old one off and put this one on.

Made of good quality, however, it did not fit with my camelback, so make sure you see this is the right valve for your kind of camelback.

You will probably have to replace your bite valve once a year or so, depending upon whether it is accidentally dribbling water down your shirt or not. Wear-and-tear item; replace as needed.

Not much to say here... this replacement bite valve is typical Camelbak quality! As long as this is the correct part for your hydration system, you won't be disappointed.

I DO love camelback stuff, have literally 7 different bags, but these bite valves are garbage. I have to buy a new one after about 10 uses and my kids go through them like hot cakes. Partly reason is, you gotta remove it once and again to clean - they don't like being removed, easily split. Also, they don't list a compatibility with this product so i dno't know if the big bite works for mine bags or not. Frustrating!

What can you say? If you need a new bite valve, you need a new bite valve. It was for my 8-year old son's CamelBak which was still fairly new, but, he bit the thing all up. This came fast, it was far less expensive than a bike shop, and it's original manufacturer equipment. I am so glad to have been able to get it from Amazon. Otherwise, my son would have succumbed to his thirst in the Florida wilderness and then what?

Some mice got in my apartment and the only thing that was damaged was my bite valve on my brand new camelbak!! This was a perfect replacement and works great!

What more can I say? This gizmo is a suitable replacement for the original equipment. The blue color may even make it easier to find along the trail when the inevitable happens and it snags a branch and pulls off. Bright orange would have been even better.

Bought to replace the ones the kids bite though. Were easy to switch and it worked. The size was fine for my Camelback even though I saw others complaining which made me nervous but they fit just fine.

Bought this as I lost my old Bite Valve, was worried looking at all my options. This fit just fine with a little bit of warm water and works like a bite valve. Wish I would have bought two at the time just incase I lost the new one. But it has been working great.

This was exactly what I was wanting. It is a real "Camelbak" replacement for my "RimRunner" backpack. It is a original part not a 3rd party replacement piece.

I ordered a package of these to test out with a different tube/bottle set up. The fit was perfect, the quality was not. Within a day of off-on use, the valve had spit at both sides of the drinking opening, and there were obvious fissures all along the inside of the valve. Tried the second one, same result. Could not recommend this product to anyone.

i bought these erroneausly, but i want to use them! i thought i could insert them into my camelbak traditional screw top bottles. but it turns out that i can't. so maybe i need to get the other tops, i don't know. but i am sure they are great.
