The product itself does what it promises. It save both myself and my boyfriend from chafing while we bike, when I'm in shorts or a skirt in 90 degree humidity, and when he rocks on the drums. However, the stick fell apart over and over again. It broke off so easily- no matter how careful we were. So they got thrown out long before they we used up...

Bought this product as I am a distance cycler and runner. works great, but I think it is a little expensive. If you need a good day to day keep ya dry, try Fresh Balls...That's right, Fresh Balls sold on amazon as well. I find it is a good product to stop swampass and schweaty downstairs!

God bless you Body Glide makers! Most amazing stuff I've come across to date. Great for working out, running, hiking, and biking. Also works phenomenally well for military personnel who wear body armor regularly and when used on your feet (which are stuck inside combat boots for up to 16+ hours per day sometimes) you feel instant relief that last all day long! Recommend to everyone including friends and enemy's.

This is a great product I use every time I ride my bike. It prevents any irritation I may get from sitting in the saddle for hours, up to 100 miles.

Glide is an excellent product. I use it on my long runs and it really helps to prevent chafing and blisters. It lasts a long time and does not come off with long sweating sessions. It works well on your feet, under arms and any other location that you choose. I recommend for bikers, runners or anyone else that needs the protection it provides. Washes off easy when done with workout in shower.

My girl friend recommended this to me for chafing caused by running and walking and this stuff works great. I use it every time i run,walk,or bike I highly recommend it!
