It is a great bike. One of the best 24"s ive ever ridden Make sure you make sure every thing is tight. The only bad thing about it is the pedals, they are sharp as hell look at this.

Diamondback Nitrus 24-inch, March 13, 2012

-The bike is a good buy for the money. I have taken it to the BMX track on several occasions. It turns well in the corners and is fast through the whoops. The light weight frame makes it easy to transport and is strong enough for mild jumps. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the pedals. They are like bear traps and will leave you bleeding if you slip off of one. I replaced mine and the bike is much safer now.
-You will have to assemble it but anyone that has been around bikes should have no problems. The instructions are vague so don't expect too much from them. The only part that took some time was the brake caliper. I had to look at pictures online to determine the right direction for attaching the cable bracket. Overall the bike seems solid and I would recommend it for beginner/intermediate riders.

FAST AND LIGHT !! but NO kickstand !!**, July 5, 2011

This bike is very fast and takes little effort to move it. Its very light and looks great. I was shocked to see that it had NO kickstand so you cant stand the bike up on its own. Thats the only reason I gave it 4 stars. It evens comes with the wrenches and tools u need to assemble it but NO kickstand.

Riding again, October 29, 2010

Remembering back to BMX days, riding hard and rinding every where, good times and good memories.
Came time again to get a bike, kids are riding to fast for me to run behind, it was a full on sprint to try to keep up. Long story short i needed a bike. Don't like any of the new cross over bike or mountain bike. Looked alot and found this diamond back, awesome price and looked good. Remembering back that Diamond back was a great bike so I went with it. Got the bike put it together, made some adjustments. What a great bike, the only thing I can complain about are that the bars that come with it are small. Purchased taller and wider bar and made the bike better to fit my needs. Great bike I recommend it.
