5.0 out of 5 stars.  Perfect tool for the road or trail, April 25, 2008
By R. Southern (San Jose, CA. USA)
This fits perfectly in the tail bag and doesn't take much room if you don't put it in the case it includes. The spoke wrench may not work on bladed spokes (I have Mavic Ksyrium Elite wheels and carry a special 2 part Mavic spoke wrench). I'm more concerned about bulk than weight since I'm not out to race, but I want it all to fit in a small tail bag... When I'm using my road bike I carry a spare tube, this tool and a spoke wrench and still have a room for a cell phone and wallet. When I'm mountain biking this fits nicely in the small pocket of my Camelbak pack with all the other junk I'm carrying (and don't forget the sunscreen!).

I bought this wrench because it has 2 different size philips and flat bladed screwdrivers as well as the usual sizes of the hex drivers. Most of the other tools out there only have a single size philips and bladed driver, and I hate stripping screw heads so I want to be at least close to the right size and having the 2 sizes gives me options.

I don't ever see this as a tool bench tool, it's just too small and I have the right tools on the bench anyway. This is for emergency use, but Crank Bros has a lifetime warranty so if I do end up using it a lot or accidentally breaking it, it's nice to know they will swap it out.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Good quality tool, June 17, 2009
By M. Wilkerson (Virginia)
With this tool, a spare tube, and tire levels, I have everything I need to handle most repairs on the road, I have most everything I need for most repairs while on the road. I previously had a Ritchey compact tool that was a bit undersized and a Topeak mini tool that included a patch kit but was too small to be of any use when a repair was necessary. This Crank Bothers tool is just the right size and appears to have the necessary strength to make difficult adjustments. I just finished tightening up my crankset with it. With the previous multi tools, I would always have to use an allen from the toolbox to tighten up the crankset as necessary. But this tool did a fine job. It appears to have the same quality found in other Crank Brothers products.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Everything you need on the road!, January 12, 2008
By Mary Santos (San Antonio, Texas)
I bought this because my bike seat came loose an hour ride from my home and I basically had to stand while riding my bike all the way home. That will never again happen if I keep this tool with me! You only need to break down one time to realize that this is a must own item.

This multi-tool is the bomb and great for emergency repairs while on the road, especially the chain tool. Comes with a swanky steel case to store and easy to pop in a backpack or fannypack. I'm very pleased and the quality of this multi tool is apparent just by the feel because it has a substantial weight for its size.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Just what I wanted!, November 24, 2008
By kayak guy (Naples FL)
I was really trying to find the best combination of feature, size and price for a multitool to use on my mtb bike. This Crank Brothers unit seems to fit that bill perfectly! It may be a tad heavier than I expected but going by the numbers it is in line with most similar tools that have this many functions. The stainless case is really nice, making the tool a smooth addition to my bike bag.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Really useful, October 22, 2007
By Rafael (Queretaro, Mexico)
Like many new enthusiastic of mountain biking, I started carring everything and fullfilling my camelback. Now, 8 months later, I only charge the escenthials and this one had the same relevance than my helmet. I had to use it several times and I am glad about the quality of the materials it is made (strong and light weight) and the selection of the tools incorporated is right. I will get two more for my family.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  great little tool, March 19, 2010
By T. Burgess (Tulsa, OK)
I have actually used this one time in the first few days after I received it. It is a very sturdy tool, but hard to turn it in tight places sometimes. When I used it to remove and replace some nuts on the seat stem to add a bike pump, the areas were a little tight, and it would keep hitting the chain and sprockets, and turning the unit is a little on the bulky side. I could have used a regular allen wrench (which I did get one after a while) to start, but I wanted to try the tool first. I also used it on the seat post to remove my seat, which worked well too. For most applications, it is a great tool, and certainly the thing to have in an emergency. has a nice case too and easily fits into my seat bag.

This thing has bailed me out multiple times. It's well made, rigid, and it's heavy so you can hit road bikers with it...Pick a lane crotch stain!

4.0 out of 5 stars.  holding case lid, tools do not lock in place, February 8, 2010
By Lindsay (Los Angeles, CA)
The carrying case lid isn't attached to the case part, so I'm afraid it might go missing someday. I got this as a gift for my boyfriend. He loves it. Definitely all the tools that you will ever need are there, however, it didn't come with any instructions or paper that gives you a clue about which tool is used for what (maybe that's my own problem lol). Also the tools don't lock in place, so it can be difficult to use if something is really stuck.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Perfect tool on or off the bike, April 11, 2011
By gottabook
After reading through reviews of the top bicycle tools, I finally decided on this one because it had a couple of philips heads, and although I purchased it mainly for use on my bike, in the past I have needed those philips for odds and ends tasks around the house. I own a full set of screwdrivers, from which my husband is banned from using because he always misplaces and loses them. Nevertheless, a couple have gone missing and it frustrates me to no end when I don't have the necessary tools available. So, I opened my Crank Bros as soon as it came and used it immediately to adjust my seat and move my light. Perfect fit, no problem! I popped it into my new underseat bag for future use. Not two days went by when I needed to change the battery in my pedometer for the first time. I grabbed my Crank Bros tool hoping something on there would allow me to open it and sure enough the tiniest philips head did the trick! One thing to note, however, I noticed that initial uses of this multi-tool require decent strength to push/pull the one tool you need from the closed position. Eventually the pieces will move more easily. This is not a problem for me, but if my aunt who has arthritis, tried to pry the pieces out, that would have prevented her from being able to use it.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  I needed it on my first ride!, August 25, 2010
By helix88
What timing to get an email to review this, maybe time to play the lottery. I recently got my bike back from the shop where it was undergoing some work on the suspension and went out for my first trail ride yesterday and needed this tool. It was shifting kind of weird and jumping sprockets now and then and as I was climbing a hill the chain popped. I would have been on a few mile bike hike if I hadn't had it, and the chain tool worked perfectly after I figured out how to use it. I can't compare it to other tools as I'm a bike n00b but I'm in construction and work with good quality tools all the time, this seems like a well built tool and it performed well. I looked at some forums and Crank Brothers seemed to be the most widely used, particularly the m15, I'm not weight conscious so I figured more tools are better if you're broken down. Overall it was a good purchase for me.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Another good product from Crank Bros, June 9, 2009
By Cranky J (Jericho, VT)
Well.. to be honest, I thankfully haven't even needed to use this tool on trail yet. However, I have made some minor tweeks with it to friends bikes, as well as my own when not in my shop.
Thus far, it seems to be solid. I like the slim overall profile of it. the case is nice, but probably not really needed.
The sides of the tool have some nice burling to them, providing a bit better grip when your hands are slippery from sweat/mud etc. The tool selection appears to be good as well - providing the needed wrenches, etc.
Overall, I'm a pretty big fan of Crank Bros products, as I've found them to be reliable.
Time will tell how this tool holds up, but so far so good.
Good price, and I'd recommend.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Crank Bros Multi 19 Bike Tool, April 6, 2009
By hobby hunter (Portland, Or.)
Great multi-tool. Lightweight and user friendly. Has all of the tools I need in the event of an on the road adjustment or basic maintenance of your bike at home. Would recommend as a "must have" for those of you who want to be able to make basic bike adjustments without spending an arm and a leg for a full tool kit.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  Everything is decent but the Chain Tool, July 30, 2011
By AgentC (SC)
So after reading everyone's reviews it was a toss up between this and the Alien II.
I opted for the Crank Brothers because of the one piece design and price.

It arrived on time and when I took it out of the box was please to find that it comes w/ a metal case for it.
The case however has plastic clips holding the ends on and after just a few days is already loose.

The individuals tools are all satisfactory with the exception of the chain tool, with which I have two issues.

This alone drops my rating from 5 to 3 stars.

First, the chain tool flops open and cannot stay closed by itself.
Had they only aligned the chain tool so that when you tightened it up all the way you could then fold it down and it would stay.
As it is, when you pickup the tool the chain break falls away from the body of the tool.

The second issue is in the overall design of a one piece tool w/ a chain break. With this unit when you need to use the tool you are turning the entire tool around and around and having to support the weight of the tool by holding onto just the small metal surface below the break.

This is awkward and heavy to twist around and around.

While it is rare that you will need to use the chain tool, it's overall poor design puts it in the wall all the time w/ the loose flap falling down all the time and when you do have cause to use it, it's unweildly weight and desgin will make it a challenge.

My solution was two part.

First for my mountain bike I plan to use this on I just unscrewed the chain break all together and left it off. To my bag I added the Park Tools CT-5C [...] mini chain break for $12.

For my road bike I picked up the slightly more expensive Topeak Alien II [...] which for a single tool I prefer.

In Summary, you can either get the CB Tool and the Park Tools for both right at $30 and don't mind having two tools or the Topeak Alien II for $30 and have just the one, but you get a half plastic two part two w/ a much easier to use chain break and more tools all together.

I wouldn't buy the Crank Brothers tool again, but I won't be returning it.
This way I have the best of both worlds.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great tool at a great size, August 19, 2011
By P. Leitner
I was suprised how many different tools could be fit in such a small product. It easily fit in my saddle bag and has already come in handy during a ride. No complaints with this tool. I ended up leaving the little plastic case that comes with it at home. The case isn't that easy to open/close so I just tossed it aside. This tool looks pretty solid and tough, so I don't think it will need the case anyway.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Good tool, but too bulky for me, July 6, 2011
By Dave (So Cal)
I shouldn't have bought such a bulky tool. I would have been better off picking out a few Allen wrenches and small screwdrivers. That would have been enough for me.

The tools in this set are really really well constructed and they're packaged as small as possible, but the tool takes up too much room in my seat pack. I really didn't need the chain tool or the largest hex key. I just couldn't resist getting the über mega awesome tool though.

It's a good tool set and it comes with a nice aluminum cover (not shown in photo) to keep it neat and tidy in your tool pack. The fit of the cover is a little loose, so it makes a "clacky-clack" when you shake it. It's not too loud though.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Everythign you need - and it looks cool, June 13, 2011
By Mog79 (Cleveland, OH USA)
I love this tool, it's small, well made, well desighned, has everythign you need to do just about anythign I can think youd need to do on the trail and it looks cool. I'm not sure if you need the little tin that it comes with but it's a really nice touch and means that if you fell on the tool it probably wouldnt hurt as much.... All in all I'm very impressed.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Just what I needed, June 5, 2009
By D. Tran
Great tool, also gets compliments when I use it. Comes in a cool flask-case. It fits perfectly in your pocket, and if you put it in your cargo pants/shorts pocket you don't even notice its there. It had almost everything I needed to put together my single-speed, but in reality its probably all I'll need for on-the-go repairs.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  doesn't meet my requirements, August 27, 2011
By Barry Holsinger
I ordered this tool before i got my new MTB. After one month, I've needed to use (a) tool twice. Unfortunately, the Crank Bros. 19-tool didn't work for me in either situation. First time, I wanted to make an on-the-trail adjustment to the front derailleur limit screws: the Crank's screw drivers are all so floppy as to be useless. I resorted to using my Victorinox swiss army knife, which has tools that lock into place. Second time, I needed to tighten one pedal which was clicking badly: no could do, this Crank doesn't have a 15mm wrench.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great multi bike tool, June 8, 2011
By nlemoine
After having it only a day I have managed to use every tool that it has to offer. I built my bike stand with it and adjusted my derailleurs. After I installed the wheels I was able to spot true the wheels with the included spoke wrenches.

The only tools that I used that weren't included was a knife which is understandable due to the size limits of the tool the other was cable cutters which would also be difficult to integrate into the design.

It is the tool that stood out to me and I am very happy that I now own it. It comes with its own case and Crank Brothers stands behind their products. To top it all off the warranty is lifetime. This gives me more confidence in this product knowing if it ever fails me I will be still have the Crank Brothers support that I will need. This same level of support and customer service is why I will always be a Crank Brothers supporter.

If you are looking for an amazing multi bike tool you needn't look any further.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Heavy but useful, November 8, 2011
By Emmanuel

This is a heavy multi-tool so it's not something for the average weight-weenie. To it's credit however, there are very few tools that have as many functions. It comes with 2 phillips, 1 flathead, a collection of allen keys and torx bits, and a chain breaker with built in spoke tuners and wrenches. This is probably the most complete multi-tool anyone can buy and is well worth the weight penalty when it comes time to use it. I would recommend this tool for anyone that rides solo for long distances. It will get you out of a jam when it really counts and the workmanship and quality is very good.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Fantastic!, September 9, 2011
By leone02
This is perfect for quick repairs on the bike. It is made from durable stuff and has helped me out of a few jams. ALways ride with this and it will save a lot of headache. There are so many different tools packed in to this little thing. The price was great. The only negative was the lack of case with a belt clip. I use a cellphone carry case.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great Multi-tool for XC or Road., September 8, 2011
By HYYYPPPERRR
This tool made what could have been a long walk home, into a two minute fix. After a chain twisted on my friends bike, it kept skipping on the derailleur, I took out the 3 bad links (much easier than expected), and we continued on our way instead of taking a 5+ mile walk home. Having a lifetime warranty is really nice, I've heard great about crank brothers standing behind their product.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great All in One Tool, August 10, 2011
By kingdavidbaker
This is a fantastic all in one tool. It has everything you need in order to adjust/repair your bicycle. I found it to be the perfect size for holding and working with. I have fairly large hands and had no problem using it to screw/unscrew a few things. The chain break piece does flop around but it comes with a nice storage case which takes care of that issue. This is a one piece tool which is actually a plus for me over the other "breakaway" tools that separate into multiple pieces that can be misplaced. It seems very durable as well.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Great Gift for Biker, July 8, 2011
By SFW
Got this for my son for Father's Day. He was thrilled to receive it. immediately began discussing how he could have used it in the past.
The only problem was the plastic case was difficult to open. Maybe a clasp rather than a friction fit would be a better way to secure the tool in the case.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great value, June 22, 2011
By feedback (minneapolis)
At first I was going to go with a minimal functionality tool though decided to try this 19-function tool and have been very pleased. The large hex key especially for tightening a slightly loose crank while on the road as well as the ease of use of the other hex keys for the various bolts that would otherwise go unchecked. It is lightweight, substantial enough to make adjustments of varying torque, and the two sizes of screwdrivers is brilliant. Would certainly purchase again. (This afternoon, before even thinking of writing this review, I had used the tool and was thinking to myself how great it is to live in an era where this is the quality of bike tool that can be readily carried for adjustments, repairs and emergencies.)

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Not the lightest, but the flask is nice and it has every tool, November 24, 2011
By The Penguin (Santa Clara, CA)
I purchased this tool because it has everything you could ever possibly use if your bike breaks down. I wanted a chain tool and you don't get those on the smaller tools. Yes, it's heavy. I've mostly used the allen wrenches. It's sturdy enough to use on any bolt head. I got this brand because it has the thin aluminum flask. I can jam this into my seat pack and it doesn't get caught on anything.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Emergency Tool, February 10, 2012
By Murfy
I bought this multi-tool to place in an under the seat bag on my mountain bike. The tool seems to be sturdy and well machined. The price is good compared to multi-tools at your local brick and mortar store.

A multi-tool like this is never going to be as good as individual dedicated shop tools. The best purpose of this tool is to use as a tool to take with you on rides in case you have a problem. In my mind it is well worth it to invest in and carry some tools rather than get stranded miles out in the middle of nowhere with a broken-down bike.

Thankfully I have not had an emergency yet where I have needed to use it while out riding. Since I haven't yet really put it to the test, I am rating the product 4 stars.

2.0 out of 5 stars.  Can't find the up-side, February 10, 2012
By Terry W. (Fernandina Beach FL.)
This tool is heavy and the extreme width makes it where you can rarely complete a full revolution when unscrewing something, such as a seat bolt, without it hitting the seat post. Pulling it off and reseating it every half turn is de rigueur. Also very annoyingly stiff to open any of the components, presumably to keep all the other ones from flopping out, but it goes too far by a factor of about 5x in my opinion. Up side? Haven't found one yet.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  GREAT tool, February 4, 2012
By Fortorddirt
Got the tool as a gift many years ago; only now do I realize how useful it is. The weight isn't spectacular, but it has everything you could possibly need for a quick fix. Besides its plethora of allen keys, it also has a chain breaker, and I just discovered the other day the nipple wrench built into the chain breaker. So from tightening spokes, to any bolt on your bike, you will only need this tool.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Good tool, but inadequate leverage, February 2, 2012
By Lost My Mind (California, United States)
There's not a lot to add to the other reviews. This is a good, solid, well made tool.

Chain breaker can be difficult to use if your pins are particularly stubborn. Compared to the Topeak Alien, the breaker is very weak. Like with most multitools, I find it difficult to get enough leverage to really tighten down high torque bolts such as ones securing your saddle.

The case is a nice novelty, but just adds to the bulk and noise.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Sturdy, essential tool, February 2, 2012

You can handle pretty much most of the basic repairs and or adjustments with this one handy tool. It's a great looking tool as well. This is essential for any tool box.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  Please redesign the chain tool, January 24, 2012
By Someone with an opinion
The chain tool is awful. My friend has no issues breaking his Shimano chains, but my Sram chains are quite difficult to break. It will break the pin free, but there's no way you can hold onto that tiny spoke tool and generate enough force to break the pin. You have to wedge the tool between something to hold it and then give it a crank. Also the chain tool flaps around when in storage so my buddy put an o-ring around the chain tool pin and then screwed in the spoke wrench tool. No more flappy chain tool. Everything else is fine on the tool.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  A Cyclists MUST-HAVE !!, January 18, 2012
By I Cry Ou.. (Dark Corner Deep Within the Mind)
I got this for my Brother for Christmas and he told me tools are always a Bikers Must-Have. He immediately started using the tool kit and found them very useful. I'm not a biker but I liked how sturdy they felt and came in a compact size and aluminum case to carry around in a backpack or pocket easily. I recommend this for ANY bicyclist !

3.0 out of 5 stars.  A little beat up, December 15, 2011
By amela
Both tool and case were scratched upon arrival. I understand it will get outdoor use, but it was a gift so I expected it to be in better shape/packaging. Hopefully it is not an idication of the quality of the product...

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Awesome, July 29, 2011

Great product because it is easy to carry with you and has all the basics needed for emergency brake fixes, or loose parts. Plus its cheap and made with good materials.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  A must have on the trail!, July 28, 2011
By Gadget Junkie (Plano, Texas United States)
A must have on the trail! I have already used to tighten my seat to the bracket after my seat became loose on the trail and I have also assisted another rider with this tool! A very valuable tool to have out on the trails and it takes up very little room in my seat bag! I highly recommend this tool!

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Done its job flawlessly, July 16, 2011
By H. S. Gray (Exeter, UK)
I have had this for a couple of years now and it has never failed me on the road. The chain tool in particular is easier to use than with most multi-tools. It cleans up pretty good also after getting covered in grease.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Awesom, July 11, 2011
By Kelly Cunningham
I bought this for my husband and he really likes it. Its very compact and has all the tools he needs for an emergency. He was excited about the largest hex size because he said that a lot of things don't have it. I think it was for the tightening the cranks. His come lose for some reason. I recommend this product

3.0 out of 5 stars.  It's ok, December 28, 2011
By adapter
it's ok. It has everything it claims. It's nicely made. BUT, I question it's functionality. Example: I can't get to the front derailer on my fsr mtb. A leatherman might have been a better choice.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Must have for anyone who commute daily, February 16, 2012
By Marcelo
19 useful tools in a ~100g single tool. What can I say?
Well constructed, light and small. With a portable PUMP and a tube kit you are ready for almost everything that can possibly happen in a bike ride.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Solid multitool, February 14, 2012
By Jacob D
I purchased this item for a friend while on a visit since she had no bike tools and her bike needed some work. Besides a pump, this is something everyone who owns a bike should buy. This was a little more expensive than the cheap multitools you find at Walmart or Target, but it feels very solid and of good quality. I also like that fact that it came with a chainbreaker. The allen keys rotate securely and don't just flop out like some other tools I've used. It also comes in a little aluminum protective case. I liked this tool so much I want to buy another for myself now.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  Nice tool, but not perfect, February 14, 2012
By E. Abe (BayArea, CA USA)
I've got this tool because someone stole an old, cheap and faithful Giant multi tool that I had. Giant doesn't make those tools anymore.

The Crank Brothers tool is well made and sturdy. So far it has worked fine and appears to be of high quality. I didn't put it to the test on the road/trail, but for it performed well for some little indoor adjustments. One characteristic that is easy to miss: the reach is not the best as the tools are short.

There is not much else to say, it does the job.

The good:
- Nice and simple design
- Weight on par with comparable multi-tools
- Apparent good quality (I haven't really put it to the test yet)
- Comes with a pretty lightweight and sturdy aluminum case that can be used to store other things

The bad:
- The chain tool is not so good, the other reviews complaining about it are legit
- The tools are on the short size and might not reach all the parts of your bike
- The current flask (aluminum case) is poorly designed; the cap does not stay put and falls.

Conclusion:
This is a great tool, it looks nice (IMO) and performs well. I would recommend it to a friend.
But it comes with some limitations: the chain tool is not the best, and the the tools are short.
Another boomer is the aluminum case, which is very nice but the plastic cap does not stay put :-(

Additional considerations:
I initially did not understand why the simpler M10 tool was nearly as expensive as the M19... Now I know better: its design allows for much longer tools (twice the reach) and it is lighter. It seems a better tool overall so take that into account too.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  The BEST multitool, June 29, 2011
By Zach
Love this multitool. It's durable, has everything you need so no getting left on the trail. Not worth it to me to get the smaller Crank bros tool with fewer tools only to find the one you need isn't on it. Love this tool. Only thing they could possible add is a tire lever.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Does all it should, March 23, 2012
By Christopher Reynolds (MARANA, AZ, US)
Got another one of these after my first one bounced out of my pack when I forgot to zip it up. I had a vain hope that whoever found it on the trail might do the right thing and leave it on a rock for me, but of course not. This multi tool is simply too sexy. Not only does it do a multitude of things well, it does them in big style, and I am sure whoever found it is enjoying it as much as I did. I bought another. I am very careful with my zips.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great Little Tool, March 16, 2012
By Rhythmking
With today's modern bikes being almost exclusively hex bolts, this Crank Bros. tool is just about all you'll need in your tool kit, with the exception of a spare tube, quick patch, tire levers and pump. I find myself using it, rather than the tools sitting on my workbench, for just about all my adjustments. I haven't yet had the opportunity to use the chainbreaker, but the quality of the hex tools is very, very good.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  High quality tool, March 28, 2012
By David (NEVADA CITY, CA, United States)
I was pleased when I got this tool, mostly because of it is high quality. I am not going to use all of these tools, but there are several that I will use. The tools are short, but they still work well. I certainly will not be building bikes with this tool but it was not designed for that. The Phillips screwdrivers are great. The wrenches however are mostly useless. The spoke wrenches are very good if you unscrew the chain tool from the body which is quite easy. The chain tool is exceptionally well made and works well. The Hex wrenches are solid like the tool itself. It is quite an amazing looking tool. I thought of all the other bike tools and the extras that I will never need, and am delighted that I didn't buy them. The chain tool that screws with a tire lever etc. just looked too iffy. I do believe this tool is the best. Its not very big but it certainly solid. The case is the only thing which I will ditch. It really isn't needed but some will like it.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Very capable multitool, March 25, 2012
By Kris (Tokyo)
I used this tool for the first time a couple of days ago and I was very pleased. There are plenty of tools contained within the sturdy aluminum housing. Everything folds nice and flat for easy storage. The multitool is well made and individual tools fit nicely into their respective hardware. There is no slop on the allen wrenches or screw drivers. The chain tool is a very nice as well. If I had to complain, I would say it's a little heavy, but then again, it also has 19 tools. I would not hesitate to buy this again!

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Near perfect tool for the trail (or road), May 24, 2012
By Mark Crockett (Provo, UT USA)
Pros: extremely sturdy, won't break if dropped, very high quality metal used for the allen wrenches, so they won't strip, pretty much everything you need while out riding but nothing you don't.

Cons: the chain removal tool is not completely tight when the tool is closed, so it swings around a bit.

Overall: probably the best multifunction bike tool for while you're riding. I am a college student and don't have a lot of money to spare, so I use it for at-home repairs as well and it works great!

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Really great all around tool, May 16, 2012
By William Sprite
This tool has never let me down. I have used it to do many types of work on my bike and it has always worked dependably.

I haven't invested in any seperate tools if they are included in this guy, because all work great for home use and when out on the road: chain tool, spoke wrench, hex, etc.

Awesome product. Get it.
