I have had this machine for 4 months now and find it t be very well made and reliable. I use it for upper body workouts mostly and it fits the bill very well. My wife does use the machine as a bike and finds it good for that task.

Very clever combination of a recumbent bike and an upper body ergometer. I like the fact that you can use just the bike portion or arms, or both together. I definitely will not get board. Well worth the money and hopefully will improve my golf game.
