5.0 out of 5 stars.  FIT LIKE MY SKIN, June 10, 2010
By Al HARRIS (Golden Triangle, Ms)
Thes shoes form to the personal dynamics of the individual feet. I have numerous pairs of cycling shoes and I will attest to these beng in the group of my favorites. They are soft and plyable. I use them with SPD type cleats, but look types are easily accomodated. Buy these shoes. you will not regret it. (note: If you wear an american size get the next half size up. i.e 43.5D is truly an exact 10 size, not 10.5D).

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Very satisfied!, November 19, 2010
By Michael Harriff
I really enjoy these shoes. I wear 10.5 in just about everything, like Pumas, Adidas skate and soccer shoes; except in Vans where I'm closer to an 11. These, at 45, fit me perfectly They are extremely comfortable to me. I've put in a few 30 mile rides, and the sole stiffness provides great power transfer, the uppers flex comfortably around the ankle bones and they're warm enough with wool socks for ~40 (F) degree rides. I haven't done anything colder, and haven't ridden in temperatures above 70 yet, but expect with thin, meshy socks that these would be comfortable up until the 80s (F), where a mesh tri shoe might make more sense.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Good, BUT.., September 27, 2010
By J
They run a little small, so as the other reviewer stated get a 1/2 size- a full size bigger if possible.

Wish I would have known that when I purchased them.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  great fit, May 20, 2011
By Henry B
I did not think I was going to like these shoes. The shoe is
a hair tight. But, I read that a bike shoe is supposed to be
tight. Also the cleat is a fraction closer to the middle of
my foot, and I seem to pull much easier on the upstroke. After
riding about 20 miles with these shoes, I love them.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Good shoes, but a little snug for high arches, June 30, 2011
By Bobmon (Minneapolis, MN)
I just purchased these shoes intending to keep an extra pair with SPD cleats for spin classes at the gym. My first impression on opening the box was that they were very sharp looking shoes. They feel like they're very solid construction, there's just enough give in the shoe to keep them feeling comfortable while keeping a pretty stiff sole for optimal energy transfer to the pedals.

I normally wear a 44 (10 1/2) for cycling shoes, but frequently have to be careful of my purchases due to my feet being somewhat wide. Overall I'm happy with the fit, my feet aren't going to be sliding back and forth in these shoes and they're not crushing the sides of my feet.

My only complaint is the height of the shoe. I have fairly high arches and these are definitely cut low. If I went up a size to get more vertical room my foot would be sliding all over the place, but as it is I feel like the straps are only partly connecting to the velcro. Since I only plan to use these in spin class I'm thinking that's not going to be a problem, but I probably would not be apt to go put my road cleats on and take these out on the trail. I'd just be a bit worried about a strap coming loose on me while cranking away on the trail.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Entry Shoe, June 20, 2011
By Jordan
Solid entry shoe. This is my first cycling shoe, so I can't compare to others, but this is a quality shoe that you can't go wrong with.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Excellent Product, March 15, 2011
By Rod
I purchased these shoes for a spin class it take on a regular basis. These shoes are excellent. Comfortable and fit true to size. They makes a world of difference in class. I also compared prices around town and buying them online saved me $15. The only downfall was I had to wait a week for them to arrive.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great Pearl iZUMi product as usual, November 11, 2010
By A. Kline (Buckeye State)
I really do not believe you can go wrong with Pearl iZUMi; you may pay a little more but the products are quality items. These shoes as comfortable, aerodynamic, and markedly enhance the cycling experience. If you were like me, putting off actually getting cycling shoes, don't put it off any longer!

1.0 out of 5 stars.  Sizing off, had to return, October 24, 2011
By T. Philpott
Sizing a shoe is not rocket science. I ordered 1/2 size larger, and was still too small. Go to a shoe store, returning the shoe means you lose any advantage to buying online.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  Size runs small and narrow, April 12, 2011
By Slim Pickens (Tampa, FL)
I've bought size 47 Euro before and they fit fine with Specialized brand shoes. These 47s were both shorter and narrow compared to my other 47s. I can't really rate the item since I can't wear it. So I gave it 3 stars.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  My husband loves them!, September 1, 2011
By AubreyMommy
I bought these as a birthday gift for my husband, who was training for a duathlon. He said they fit great, good and stiff (as cycle shoes should be), and there was no sliding of his foot inside. Easy to clip in and out of the pedals. He had no complaints!

5.0 out of 5 stars.  I think I'm definitely going to like these, August 24, 2011
By RickJP
Thank you for the heads up on the size Al. I normally wear 10.5, and decided to follow your advice and get the 11. It's my first pair of cycling shoes, but having been a professional dancer in my earlier life, I'm very acquainted with the fit of a special shoe, so I was glad to slip these babies on and get the same feel on my foot as if I had just put a pair of Supadance or Cappezio ballroom shoes on. They fit my foot like a glove and they're very stylish as well.

I only hope they clean up easy as well, but at these prices, it's easy to get another pair. My LBS wanted $140.00 for this same style and brand, although in black.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Meets expectations, July 27, 2011

4.0 out of 5 stars.  positive feedback, February 18, 2011
By roy
these shoes are way cooler than what i paid for them. i have very wide, spread out toes so its real hard getting a shoe that fits, these have the right amount of room. ive only worn them a few quick trips around town but theyre comfy enough to stand around in for a while. i noticed theres a ton of extra room on either side of the heels. im not sure if this is specific to bike shoes, pearl izumi, or something else. it goes mostly unnoticed. i really like the graphics and design too.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Easy fit, comfortable, effective, January 11, 2012
By Richard Kagan
First-time clipless shoe user, 150 miles - so far so good. Echoing others, I bought a size larger than my normal shoe size (Euro 45 for size 10) and am very happy with the fit, comfort, and effectiveness. A major concern was width sizing since I've got narrow feet (B width). No problem because these bindings are snug regardless of width. A very comfortable shoe that looks and feels like a winner, at an affordable price.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Excellent quality and value, January 7, 2012
By L. Myers
When I bought my first road cycling shoes, I went for the cheapest I could find, and regretted it within a year. These shoes fit great and are comfortable for the long haul. The styling is cool, and they have held up for about a thousand miles on the road - still looking brand new. BTW, I wear a men's size 11 shoe, and the EU 45M fits perfectly.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great Shoe, December 20, 2011
By Mark Spangler (Lampasas County Texas)
I like these shoe -- they fit well and I have had no problems with them. I was smart and got t he rubber cover for the mounts and that make, when I have to walk in the shoes, more comfortable. They are light weight but strong.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Very happy, November 17, 2011

I took a big risk with these shoes, I wear them for the first time on a century ride, but they were perfect, fit well and had a nice solid transfer of power. They are a great value.

2.0 out of 5 stars.  I purchased new, received a pair with a scuffed sole and worn end pads, September 14, 2011
By Gabriel Martinez
I really love these shoes, the only problem is that I purchased them new and now I'm thinking hard about keeping these used ones that were mailed to me. I have a race coming up and I need to start training with these shoes. I don't know what I'm going to do, send back or risk not having them for the race? Hmm. Not satisfied with this at all. The bottom of the shoes are really scuffed up. Someone must have used them a time or two.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Best thing is how sweet they look, August 23, 2011
By Soylent Greeney (Stephenville, TX)
Not to detract from the functionality of the shoe or anything, but I have to say the best thing about these is that they just look awesome. Other than that, yeah they are comfortable, they attach great to my Shimano PD-6700 Ultegra SPD-SL Pedals [...] and I am very happy with the purchase. I bought them about a size larger than my regular tennis shoes upon the advice of other Amazon reviewers and due to my wide feet. That turned out to be the right move because they fit great. One thing though is that, probably just due to my wide feet, the velcro doesn't go all the way across and touch in a perfect 1/2 fold to the other side, so there is a little bit of the soft velcro showing beyond where the straps come over and lay down. I find this to be of almost no consequence though and don't feel like they're insecure or anything.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great shoe, August 23, 2011
By Dan
Great shoe, no complaints. Get one size bigger than your normal size and you won't have to deal with returns. The one size up fit me perfectly. I am using them with these pedals Shimano PD-M324 Clipless/Clip Pedals and they work great.

These are the first bicycling shoes I've had and I like them. It takes some getting used to clipping in and out but does hold much better than my old toe clips. They fit good and feel good. I would buy again.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  I GUARANTEE you need a size larger!, April 18, 2012
By J. Law
I wear a US size 44 shoe and bought a size 44 - big mistake. I ended up returning it and exchanging for a size 45, which mind you fit PERFECTLY. The quality seems poor to OK, the sides of the shoe have already begun to scrape off. The velcro straps can be annoying to adjust while you're pedaling (compared to a buckle system), but otherwise they seem ok. The sole seems to be of low to moderate stiffness, however I don't expect much from a nylon base sole. Altogether, I think the shoe is of ok value, great if you're into recreational road cycling, basic features, ok quality.

I PROMISE you if you're thinking of getting this shoe, you NEED to get 1 size larger, you won't regret it!

I have been using the shoes for about a month now and they appear to be good shoes. They were a little stiff when I first used them but have loosened up a bit now. They feel good on my feet, as I have no sore spots when finishing my ride.
