4.0 out of 5 stars.  Great running shirt, December 22, 2009
By Ernesto (San Jose, CA USA)
This shirt is light weight but keeps me warm on chilly runs. On days that I have gone on long runs and perspired more I don't feel cold or wet. Great shirt for running on cold days

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great for hot weather too, June 10, 2010
By Blondie (Knoxville, TN USA)
My husband wears these shirts (he has 4) for keeping cool in the Arizona heat. He is fair skinned so has to be very careful about sun exposure. These shirts are lightweight, and the long sleeves protect his arms from the sun. The fabric does a great job of wicking away moisture. My husband says he stays cool and comfortable when other guys are suffering from the heat.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Cool and Dry, July 6, 2011
By Denise (PA)
Bought this for my husband to wear at the beach - he can wear it in the water and it dries in an instant without getting hard and itchy. It keeps him from getting sunburned (since he hates sunscreen) and he also thinks it may keep him cooler in the sun than without it!

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Excellent shirt - great value, March 21, 2010
By Reviewer (US)
You can spend $50 for the same shirt from UA or Nike, or $15 from Champion, but the latter is just as good IMO. I have now have 6 of them, wearing them to cycle as well as under my hockey jersey when on the ice.

A very versatile shirt, that pulls the sweat off of you quickly so you can be active for hours without feeling drenched. I will be buying more of them...

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Got Shirt?, November 16, 2009
By geek guy (RTP, NC)
This has been the perfect shirt to wear under my cycling jersey (bicycle shirt) now that the cooler weather has arrived. The material wicks away the perspiration (sweat) and dries quickly (even quicker at speeds greater than 22mph). While i haven't tried any of the other (more expensive) "quick dry" shirts, this one doesn't give me any reason too. Would definitely buy again and recommend to a friend (or enemy).

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great men's beach shirt, July 12, 2011
By Denise (PA)
Bought this for my husband to wear at the beach - it helps protect him from burning since he hates to wear sunscreen. It dries very fast and doesn't cling when it's wet - perfect for swimming in!

It also protects his chest after hours on the body board...no more brush burns on his stomach!

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Champion Double Dry LS Shirt, May 21, 2011
By Steven R. Lopez (Anaheim, Ca)
I really like this shirt and have ordered more since this order. The shirt is loose fitting (Not Baggy) and breaths keeping you cool even when hot out in direct sun. It is soft and comfortable too. I noticed the price varies from different sources, bookmark them and wait for a deal.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  worst piece of clothing I bought in a long time, February 27, 2011
By Es
This shirt was bought for an amateur athlete who has another dozen or so wicking/dry-fit shirts. It turned out to be the lowest quality shirt bought in this household in a long time. and we buy from both sides of the price range. This shirt falls apart at the seems and fibers keep coming out. It is just not worth the "save". I'd rather pay 3 times for something that will look decent and last a little longer.

2.0 out of 5 stars.  Poorly Sewn, July 27, 2010
By O.V.M
the shirt i bought wicks moisture away well enough, even performed ok in the heat. although it isnt the best thing for 80 & 90 degree weather, which is what i used it in outdoors. id say 70s top. moisture wicking only goes so far, u still feel sticky under there after a while.

i soaked it in the washing machine after thee first use, and didnt even allow the washer to clean it...i dunked & swished it around by hand, then held it up by the top with one hand, and squeeze dried it down to the bottom---no twisting at all. i repeated this after the 2nd use & noticed a the stitching coming loose near the neck.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great shirt!, November 18, 2011
By Michael Kim (San Jose, CA)
This is a great all around athletic long sleeve shirt. I use it for layering when I'm commuting to work on my bike. I'm about 6'1"+ and wear a medium. The medium in these is actually a pretty good length. It's not short, but it's not extra long or anything. I weight about 185 and these are not too baggy but definitely not anywhere near skin tight. They just look like a normal long sleeve t-shirt cut.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Much better than expected, August 21, 2011
By Dan Dillivan
These shirts are great for hot-weather bicycling and motorcycling. Sun protection while the cool breezes flow right through. They come out of the wash looking brand new, and dry very quickly. I'll probably order some more.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great Running Shirt, December 29, 2011

Very nice workout/running shirt. As always, Champion workout wear is quality at a reasonable price. Champion products do not retain odors after washing, and the fabric breathes to keep your skin dry.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great Value, December 21, 2011
By treyk (ny,ny)
Needed a quick drying long sleeve shirt to train for a December half marathon. Picked this shirt mostly for the low price. I'm absolutely satisfied with it. I have a short sleeved Under Armor shirt which cost significantly more, but it isn't any better.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Champion Sports Long Sleeve Tee, December 12, 2011
By Surya (USA)
This is an excellent product. It is made well and is very comfortable to wear. I jog outdoors in 35F-55F degree weather and it keeps me suitably warm in all these conditions. It is made of breathable fabric that allows sweat to pass through thereby keeping body cool as you warm up during the run. It washes well and is long lasting. It is also 1/2 the price of competing product and, as such, a great value for money.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Nice shirt... good summer weight shirt for outdoor activities!, August 14, 2011

These shirts make for a good summer weight to wick away perspiration. Likewise, they make a good base layer in winter under other breathable outdoor fabrics. They seem to be well made and durable as well.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Feels great and wears comfortably!, July 24, 2010
By Stephan (Milpitas, CA United States)
I purchased this shirt for running. The long sleeve will keep my arms from getting too tanned. This shirt is very comfortable and the feel is great. The material seems to transfer the sweat away from the body similar to Nike dry-fit shirts. The price is much more affordable compared to other, more expensive brands. I am waiting for some lighter colors to be available because running in the summertime with a dark blue or black shirt is a little too warm for me.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  Made in Haiti fits better than Made in Cambodia, June 14, 2011
By R. Suryasentana (Rochester, NY United States)
The newer version is made in Cambodia, the older version is made in Haiti. The Cambodian version is bigger/looser and longer sleeve than the Haiti version. I wear XXL. I will return the one made in Cambodia and look for one made in Haiti.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Nice athletic fit, good quality, November 14, 2009
By Jet Lee
Great shirt. I am 5'6" 140 lbs and with the Medium size, it is pretty form fitting, especially around the forearms and neck. But its what I was looking for. The shirt is pretty warm compared to my Russell Power-Dri long sleeve, which has a more looser fit. I have not ran or done any exercise with this shirt so I cannot vouch for its perpiration removing abilities, but I expect it to do its fair share of removing sweat from my skin.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Great Base Layer, Very Durable, October 28, 2011
By Scott Pope (Chicago, IL)
As a four season cyclist, I am often having to carefully adjust my layers of insulation to balance the initial cold with potential overheating. The Champion double dry long sleeve t-shirt is perfect for these precise adjustments as it is quite thin. It is a nice addition under a fleece insulation layer, which is beneath my overpriced Arcteryx jacket. The shirt doesn't retain moisture so when I finally warm up in the middle of a January ride, I don't perspire excessively. If I need to cool down while riding, unzipping the other two layers allows humidity to vent through the fabric and force cold air around my upper body.

On occasion, I will wear this shirt during my heavy free weight workouts. The shirt is so thin it doesn't restrict any motion. Again, it can be used under a fleece layer during the initial part of the workout to warm up the muscles quickly. For early fall cycling, this shirt can be tightly rolled up and placed into a large under-the-saddle bag leaving enough room for a cell phone, wallet and keys.

After a year of frequently wearing this shirt, there are no snags or tears. In total, I have been very happy with my purchase. This shirt is highly recommended for anyone exercising in cold weather needing a thin layer to tweak heat retention.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  Inconsistent/wrong sizing, May 13, 2012
By defcon4
I ordered two of these. Both of the them were labelled as medium on the tags, one of them fits like a large, which I was cool with and kept. The torso of the 2nd fit fine, but the sleeves must have come from a child's shirt! They stopped at my elbows and practically cut off circulation to my arms! Either the production line is inconsistent, or there are batches of a bad factory run floating out there. I guess you can't expect much from a $10 tech shirt.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great Long Sleeve Dry-Fit T-shirts, April 21, 2012
By Present Monkey
My husband purchased one of these to try them out and has since added a dozen more to his wardrobe. He liked them so much that he bought me some in the women's style and I love them too. The price sure beats what Nike wants for a similar item. We know all about the quality of the Nike product (we both work at the University of Nike (err, Oregon) and have some of their gear that we wear at work. The quality of the Champion product is on a par with the Nike products we already have experience with. We would highly recommend this shirt to everyone.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Good moisture wicking base layer, March 27, 2012
By Eilean Siar
Just after my polyester moisture wicking t-shirt, I put on this Champion Men's Double Dry Training T-shirt to get the benefit of moving moisture away from my skin in cold weather so that my insulating layer that I wear over this will have a chance to function properly since it is not directly in contact with the skin and will not be soaked in sweat when I am active outdoors in winter conditions.

Other outer clothing I wear in winter has some porosity to moisture in vapor form so that there is a "pipeline" so to speak for the body's sweat to escape to the cold, dry outer air without reducing the insulation value of my winter clothing.

So, this item, along with long moisture wicking pant bottoms in the same type of fabric is an essential part of my cold weather active life. At hardly fifteen US dollars it is a bargain. I have a few of them and they are holding up well when laundered. Just keep them out of the dryer high heat. It's best to just let them air dry - they dry within hours inside the home on a hanger.

RECOMMENDED.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Good quality long sleeved workout shirt, March 17, 2012
By DMAN (Denver, CO)
I actually use these for cycling. A little heavier than an actual cycling jersey but also less than half the cost of even the low end jersies. Wicks moisture away nicely and has a surprisingly good wind barrier capability.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  It's a shirt, March 13, 2012
By DYoum
Some things to note: it's not nearly as stretchy or soft as it looks, the stitching on the arms is on the inside of your arms and itches for me, the neck hole is not elastic at all. When I put the shirt on a hanger I heard a distinct *stitches-coming-loose* sound.

On the other hand, it's warm enough.

Overall it gets the job done but it's nothing special.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  My favorite long-sleeved T's, January 28, 2012
By Stephen T. Porter (Albuquerque, New Mexico)
During the winter I like to wear long-sleeved T-'s and these really fit the bill. I've tried several brands and these are my faves. They're a very comfortable, synthetic fabric that is supposed to be moisture wicking. How well they do that I'm not sure yet--I have to wait until I try them during the warmer weather and see how they do for hiking and biking. They fit well, look good and again, are nice and comfy. I recommend them highly.

By P.C. Thomas (Fort Myers, FL United States)
This shirt has an excellent price for it's value. It's lightweight and airy and after running in it I no longer want to wear cotton. The sweat really does get wisked away. At this price ($15 or less) I can buy more of these shirts. Why pay more for other brands?
