THese are the best-recc by all the skate board kids in the skatepark. We love them. Easy to put on/off and Very Durable.

Good but needs sock on elbow pad, April 26, 2012

I purchased two of these for my son's who are six and eight 72 lbs 54" and 56".
Pros:
1. These are well made pads.
2. They provide wide protection around the Knee and elbow.
Cons:
I purchased two sets of Bullets JR. in November 2011 prior to this Protec Jr. My sons like the sock on the elbow with the straps from Bullet. The Protec velcro straps scratch their arms and are uncomfortable. So they use the bullet elbow pads which have the sock.
My boys wear these pads almost 5 days a week for at least two hours a day. They take a beating and protect well, but the sock is an issue for comfort. Bullet and Portec are both great products, but my boys prefer Bullet for comfort. I hope this helps.

Bought this protection pad set for my 8 year old son and it was a good fit with room for growth. Very well made product which offers great protection. Very happy with this purchase.
