1.0 out of 5 stars.  comfortable, but nto durable, December 11, 2008
By l2 (California)
The first finger on both of these gloves split open after less than a month of riding. The first finger is used to shift Shimano road shift levers. The gloves may work better with mountain bike shift levers.

the four fingers dont give you much advantage. i prefer the lobster-style gloves, bc wind break is the most important thing

2.0 out of 5 stars.  Don't expect more than a season, March 21, 2010
By Alan B. Humphrey (Seattle, WA United States)
These are nice gloves for cool (not cold) weather. However, don't expect to get more than a season out of them. The thumbs and forefinger (used for shifting on my bike) wore out very quickly. I used a little duct tape to get them to the end of the season, but that shouldn't be necessary. I'll look for a different glove for next year.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great for what they do., November 27, 2008
By Big Vee (NYC, Da Bronx)
Have gone through many gloves. This one is a keeper & quality is backed by the manufacturer. Does what they say it will do: 1) goes on hand; 2) can be worn when riding a bike; 3) able to grip handlebar. Yup, a good investment.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great Gloves for Wheelchair, July 1, 2011
By Charlie Bean (Eureka, CA)
Strong and sturdy for use to push a wheelchair. Saved money as well by purchasing on-line through this vendor and will purchase again in the future.
