2.0 out of 5 stars.  Not for EVERY cruiser bike, November 18, 2010
By Brewmaster (Florida)
Even tho my bike is a cruiser bike, the fork was 1/8" too fat to fit my bike.

If they want to SELL them henceforth they better include a list of bike brands that it fits and indicate what dimensions are critical for bet fit and function. Width is NOT the only dimension critical here.

I felt cheated in that they did NOT say that there is no such thing as a GENERIC fork for cruiser bikes and many different dimensions have to be matched up for correct fit and function, not JUST the FEW disclosed by the distributor.
I had to buy additional PARTS to exchange for parts of the fork I bought to make it fit my bike and I wont know till this weekend whether the modified fork with new stem parts WILL fit

DON'T buy forks unless you can get EVERY bike - brand - fit specification

SO far this venture has cost me more than the new BIKE cost !

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Very Satisfied, August 30, 2011
By Doug
I am extremely happy with this springer fork. It was installed on a Nirve B-1 and it really smooths out the ride. It also gives the B-1 a little more style. The entire fork is black except for the spring, which is what I was hoping for.

One thing to note, the bearing race on the bottom of the steerer tube is not included. I had to take the race off my original Nirve fork by carefully tapping it with a punch and small hammer. If you don't have another fork to rob from then it may be a problem. I'm also not sure if the race is the same size on other brands of bikes.

Install was straight forward, but no instructions are included. Make sure you put the drop out portion of the fork on the wheel first, then the smaller arms go outside followed by a washer / nut. I also ended up putting one keyed washer over the top portion of the springer before locking down the nut on the steerer tube.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Longer length neck stems available?, April 7, 2012
By N. Eury
I have a tall cruiser bike that my existing fork is a 1 1/8" neck stem diameter with a length of 8" from the lower bearing race seat to the top of the threaded neck stem........These forks seem to be listed at 7" long. Can I get a longer neck stem version of this fork?
