These grips are longer than I thought they would be, ~5 7/8". Put them on a bike with grip shifts so I trimmed them short where the vertical line in the rubber is. Perfect fit with a grip shift that way. Grip is not too soft that it will wear out, but not hard or slippery either. Good non-slip pattern. End cap is too soft though. Might want to put a plastic plug on your handlebar before slipping these on.

 Great Cheap Handlebar grip, January 23, 2011

I bought these for a friend to replace his degrading POS grips, These are cheap and remarkably durable. I used slightly soapy water to get them on and as soon as that dried out, the grips were solidly in place. My friend and I are very satisfied for the product we got for so little money

Nirve is a reputable brand so this purchase was easy--these grips were priced great, comfy but not mushy, and quality is super durable--free shipping by amazon too!

if you are in need of new grips for your bike i highly recommend these inexpensive grips if you are on a budget. they get the job done, 'nuff said.

My son lost one of the handlebar grips for his bike and I ordered these. They are very long compared to the ones that he had prior, but they work well (and he's just got a teeny bike, he's 4). They went on smoothly with a bit of water and when dried they didn't move a bit.

Great price for very comfortable grips. A little soapy water and the installation is very easy. The included internal end caps were a nice touch. The price is half of what the LBS wanted. I would recommended these to anyone.
