 where is my refund?, February 13, 2011

I purchased this basket for a bike. It was too big. I returned it, but never got a refund. Am not able to contact the merchant and this the only way I can think of to warn potential buyers that once you buy it, don't think you will get a refund for returning it. Am very displeased with the transaction and will think twice about ordering from amazon.com in the future.

What would a Beach Cruiser be without the token wicker basket? This is the real deal and has a very easy attach/diattach bracket. It hold everything I need when out for my ride. cons: It is heavy and can cause steering more difficult if your load is not balanced

I love this basket. It is very big with lots of room for my water bottle and my kid's stuff as well with tons of room to spare. The basket detatches easily.It looks perfect on my nirve kitty cruiser.

This wicker basket is easy to mount, highly attractive, extremely functional, and very sturdy. It adds a fun look to my flower power Nirve bike and I just love it. I get lots of positive remarks from friends and neighbors.

I bought this basket for my fiance's new cruiser and she absolutely loves it. It's a lot bigger than I originally realized but it still fits nicely on her bike. The quick-detach mount is awesome. We ride over to the local farmers market every Saturday and use the basket for shopping. One thing the pictures don't show too well that the handle does indeed fold down during riding.

I had this basket for about 8 years. Basket is only held on by the black square mount you see. When you place something heavy in the basket it droops down and will hit your tire if you do not have a beach cruiser with a fender. It is made to be used on a bike with a fender. Otherwise it is very cute. Basket did not wear out with ordinary use and still looks new. Too bad the bike with the mounting bracket got stolen when the basket wasn't attached. Now I have a basket and no mount.

I ordered this basket over the weekend and it arrived today, exactly when it said it would. From the reviews it sounded really big, which is what I wanted. It's perfect. It goes great on my new beach cruiser. It was very easy to install. Same size as one I saw at sport chalet, but 15$ cheaper.
