Decent shock, August 17, 2010

I have this on my 2008 Specialized FSRxc Comp. It wasa a deent shock, unfortunately, there are some issues, including poor seals (read some of the MTB forums and see). Lock out works great. Rebound, not so great. There is some value at this price, and if you can maintain and service the shock yourself, it's not a bad deal. I understand that Specialed provides different o-rings now, so that might solve the problems. I will let you know how things go if I don't end up just getting a different fork. I should note that, at first, it did great, and I was very happy.

Bike forks, March 3, 2011

Terrific for smoothing out the bumps. Probably not high end enough for serious downhill but for a bike that originaly had solid forks their a great improvement for jumping curbs and the bumpy and poorly maintained bike paths around Lake Tahoe. I also added a suspension seatpost which leaves me with an almost full suspension bike. And since it's a Dahon Jack with 26" wheels and that folds in half I can put a competent mountain bike in the trunk of my rag top.

Great buy, September 13, 2010

Great buy for the price! I'm new to this type of riding but a can tell after my first ride that the Rockshox Tora are way better then the stock forks my bike came with. Was all around a good deal. Shipping was standard. I didn't request any type of express shipping. I would recommend this product to a friend.
