5.0 out of 5 stars.  a good riser, September 14, 2007
By J. S. Tovar (Kansas)
I bought this to use with my bike trainer. It helps keep my wife happy by preventing scuffs. The riser is solid one piece and durable. I don't think i'll ever have to buy another one (unless it's stolen).

I use it for both my road bike and my mountain bike.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Riser ring for trainer, December 15, 2009
By Rosey
This is a must have if you use a bike trainer as it levels out your bike so that you don't feel like you are leaning too far forward. This is very well made and I would highly recommend it!

3.0 out of 5 stars.  Ok, November 27, 2009
By S. Brito (NYC)
This product is well built and comes with 4 positions however the Bicycle Trainer I have lifts the bike high so I can only use the highest position or I'll be on a downhill slant...other than that its fine.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  Its a ring, February 27, 2011
By Opensrcguru
It works as expected. Not much to say other than that. I used a few old text books to see the difference and achieved the same result. This is by no means a necessity, but it works nonetheless.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Stable and sturdy, March 9, 2010
By alanrock (Tucson, AZ)
Not all that much to say other than this is very well made from high quality plastics. It's very stable and sturdy, but I wish it were just a little taller to simulate climbing better. I put a folded up towel under it to give it another 1-2 inches of height, and enjoyed it even more.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Very stable, September 10, 2011
By C.
The product arrived very quickly and in great condition. It goes great with another product that allows my to ride my road bike in the house during bad weather. The kinetic fixed riser keeps my front tire very secure.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Kurt Kinetic riser ring, July 25, 2011
By tri oki
This product is very good for leveling any bike out. I also like that I can work on staying stabilized when working on things such as eating or no handed pedal drills.

Only issue I have had with this product was after the first use. I picked up the ring and one of the sticky pads stayed attached to the mat(Kurt Kinetic Mat). Had to glue the pad back on but not big deal.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Simple, but very effective., December 13, 2010
By Vandalgrad (Kellogg, ID USA)
This stabilizes the bike much more than I thought it would. Huge difference and the 3 varying heights make it a nice option to level off or even simulate uphill. Highly recommended accessory to any indoor trainer.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Perfect, works well, April 12, 2011
By compulse me
I have to say I was a bit surprised to see the actual size of the product was a bit bigger than I thought, but I guess I should have checked the dimension. That being said, it doesn't take space and is pretty solid. I use it with my Kinetic trainer and have had no problem with it ever since I bought it (more than a year ago)

5.0 out of 5 stars.  great stuff, May 20, 2010
By Boz
The riser ring works great--a good fit with the Kinetic rock and roll trainer. I don't do much handlebar-turning when I'm on the trainer, though, so I'm not sure it's entirely necessary. It raises the front wheel up level with the back wheel which is nice.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Just exactly like the picture, October 25, 2011
By Michael J. Bell (California)
Good price, quick delivery. It's black to and reminds me of a Burger King Crown so I have to control my impulse to don my robes place the ring on my head and address my subjects. It's actually not that comfortable as a crown.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great exercise equip., February 14, 2010
By Pedal power (chicago IL)
I love this trainer. I have only used it a few times so far, but I am very happy with it. This is the only trainer I have ever used/owned before though.
All in all I am very happy that I spent more for the rock & roll unit. I like the slight side to side motion, seems to give you more of a true ride.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Sturdy, configurable height, January 19, 2012
By M. J. dos Santos (Atlanta, GA)
It is made of very good material and in a nice size. The plastic is strong and with its size it becomes sturdy and easy to use. One can use a phone book or something, but I never tried that and this one just looks good and feels right.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  No-nonsense construction. Beware sharp edges though., January 11, 2012
By S. Dang (Los Angeles, CA)
This device works exactly as it appears. It has a grip on the bottom side that holds the wheel securely. The design uses just enough material to be very sturdy while also being remaining bulk-free. You can hang it from an empty bike hook for storage.

...and if you wear it your head, you'll have a funny snapshot to share on Facebook, entitled 'Burger King' :)

This works very, very well. It was a solid choice.

The only thing I can think of that would make this better is if they had rounded out the sharp corners. The material is made of a very hard thermoplastic. I came close to scraping their leg on the edge when I was stepping around it to place my tire in it.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  not needed for me; maybe for you, January 7, 2012
By ronald s chong (va)
i've got a 2011 cannondale badboy solo, XL frame; stock 700c tires. my kinetic road machine lifts the back wheel only about 1.25". there's no need for a >$20 riser for this very slight rise on such a large bike. will return. ymmv.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Nice height variety., November 7, 2011
By iBuy
I got this riser to go with my magnetic trainer and it works perfectly. The different dip sizes actually provide varying heights and change the work out. Not bad for the price. If you like to change up the wrok out, like I do, it's ideal.

2.0 out of 5 stars.  Buy the Swivel Riser for Rock n Roll Trainer, November 4, 2011
By D. Duckwitz (Ventura, CA)
Kinetics recommends using the Swivel Riser for use with the Rock n Roll trainer. Unfortunately Amazon suggests a bundle that includes the "Fixed Riser". This trainer is designed to move and as such the fixed riser in the wrong accessory for the Rock n Roll trainer.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Kurt Kinetic Riser Ring, November 3, 2011
By Notasushifan (Olympia, WA USA)
I bought this product about a month ago and have used it numerous times. It does its job by keeping your tire in place and elevating it slightly. I think it works best when you have some sort of training mat underneath the riser ring; it makes it less wobbly. It's cheap, but not cheaply made; I think the plastic is pretty well made and have had no problems with it thus far. I do recommend this product. Thanks for reading.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Riser, February 3, 2012
By Royfill
Works as specified, priced right, & far more stable than another brand that I had. So far ive put 300 miles on my bike in 2012 on the stationary trainer and this riser has done its job well.
