Strengthen, shape, and sculpt your body regardless of your current fitness level with the NeoShaper trainer. Packaged with a handy MiniCycle that helps boost your cardio performance, the NeoShaper takes the place of 40 pieces of professional gym equipment--all bundled within in a single machine. The NeoShaper's PowerShaper resistance system allows you to quickly and easily go from one exercise to another and set just the right amount of resistance to maximize your workout. The result is a full-body circuit-training routine that keeps your heart rate up while you burn calories and tone muscles. The machine easily adjusts to every position you need, with stations for working the chest, biceps, shoulders, back, triceps, quads, hamstrings, and just about every other major muscle group. The NeoShaper employs torque and friction to produce the same resistance all the way through the movement. Its ergonomic design, meanwhile, aligns to the body's natural movements to create an efficient workout that's easy on delicate joints. The design also eliminates your ability to cheat by swinging traditional weights, giving you a more concentrated workout in less time. And users will love the MiniCycle attachment, which encourages you to really get your heart rate pumping. The NeoShaper comes with several informational accessories, including a body sculpting guide, a body sculpting video, a workout log, and a weight loss guide. The body sculpting video acts like a personal trainer, giving you the guidance and motivation you need without spending thousands of dollars. The weight loss guide, meanwhile, complements the NeoShaper by providing meal plans and nutritional advice that align with your fitness goals. Best of all, the NeoShaper's compact and contemporary design fits terrifically in almost any room. The NeoShaper measures 32 by 37.25 by 52 inches (W x H x D) at its widest point, while the MiniCycle attachment measures 14.25 by 13.5 by 20 inches. | | The MiniCycle attachment allows you to work your legs by pedaling while NeoShaper's PowerShaper resistance system allows you to quickly and easily go from one exercise to another. |

Body Max NeoShaper with MiniCycle, April 28, 2010

It wasn't too hard to put together, but some of the directions appeared to be out of order with what to do next. I haven't used it full time as originally planned, but I do like it. I like that it is still light enough to be moved, if necessary and not take up too much space. What I really like the most is that because I am the only one using it, I don't have to keep readjusting it, so I can just get on and go.

Great lttle exerciser for the money, March 29, 2010

The Body Max is a very small unit that can fit in your living room if you need it to. I was a little tough to put together but all the parts are there and in it no left overs. The only thing that I find hard about it is changing the bike module to the arm and leg lift bar, but other than that I'm totally satisified with my less than 100.00 purchase. I wouldn't have pay mor for it if I saw it in the store.

Not for anyone who ever intends to exercise, February 8, 2010

It seemed like a good idea at the time. I was looking for a compact and not-too-complicated exercise bike. I was looking for no special features and no bells and/or whistles. The NeoShaper has less than that. Once it was assembled, I optimistically sat on the machine to test the resistance of the exercise bike attachment. It offered no resistance at all. I adjusted the tension as tightly as I could, and it still offered less resistance than a moderate breeze. It was the exercise-equivalent of just shaking my legs in the air. I suppose that if you'd been in an unfortunate accident that left you bedridden for several months, thus causing your leg muscles to atrophy, you might enjoy some benefit from the NeoShaper. But even then, you'd probably do your exercises with a physical therapist, and he or she would undoubtedly have better equipment than this. In summation: I hate this purchase. I hate the fact that I wasted time in my life both assembling and disassembling it. I hate that I got suckered into thinking this was a good deal. I hate the fact that it costs $50 (or half what I paid for it) just to return it, and I hate that I have no choice but to return it because I don't think I could, in good conscience, get even $20 for it on Craigslist.

It's true that you get what you pay for. This was only one hundred dollars so I shouldn't have expected it to be anything more than it was. It does work, but to change up exercises it's a hassle and even difficult to switch the cycle part on. But it does do something for someone who otherwise wouldn't be doing anything! In that regard it works. Also I should add that it is a nice small size and moveable, not too heavy. So that's also a plus.

The cycle attachment is adjustable, but does not provide any resistance. I would not recommend this product.Body Max NeoShaper with MiniCycle
