At the heart of the 3D system is a multipurpose, modular exercise platform with a balance ball surface in the middle. The platform serves as an exercise base by itself, but also attaches to an included balance bar and adjustable resistance tubing to give you even more workout flexibility. The balance bar makes the 3D System more accessible to beginners, but also encourages seasoned Bosu users to create a more varied and versatile workout program.
