Interesting idea, poorly executed, February 25, 2010
|
|
It is an interesting idea to combine muscular/joint support in a tight. CW-X falls short IMHO in two respects. First the "support" is far short of that need to actually provide protection for knees. It feels good, but that's as far as it goes. Second, if you are over 6 feet tall and athletically built, the tights are several inches too short. Clearly a Tall size is needed, but alas, that would have cost CW-X a few dollars.
If you're short, they might work for you, but don't expect any real support. I'd love to return these.

Worst Operations of a Company I've seen, January 15, 2010
|
|
Don't buy from CW-X, they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with when it comes to operations. I put in an order and it took a month of badgering them to ship it, and they didn't even pay the extra to make sure it was signed for so it never arrived. Also some items were backordered and they think it could be months before I see them.
Awful experience and now I have to dispute charges for the stolen shipment. Save yourself the hassle and go with another brand.

better than expected!, November 28, 2009

I am not a running expert but wanted some tights essentially for warmth this winter. I was amazed at how much better my legs felt after running in these versus just wearing shorts or pants. My legs were not as tired after running which has allowed me to increase my distance. I was sceptical about compression wear at first but now am a believer!

Great pants!, January 6, 2009

I use these pants for cycling, running, and underneath my slacks on my walk to and from work in Downtown Chicago. I am never cold. I can still run/bike outside down to about 10-15 degrees and feel warm. I love the fact that I wear them 10-15 minutes after a run/cycling and the interlaced fibers actually hold the blood in my muscle and allow the muscles to relax at a much more normal pace. I will and do own other pairs and will purchase more.
