nothing is perfect, September 2, 2010

this bag is very handy and bigger than i imagined it'd be. three major spacious pockets for big items. pencil/pen holders with a smaller pocket attached for smaller items (see images i posted). the bag itself does not have major support, meaning the fabric is very loose (but high quality material, nonetheless). the strap is very adjustable but too thin for my taste. with that said, i would not recommend placing very heavy items in the bag since the strap is not thick enough to provide the sufficient padding for shoulder support. overall, the bag is very simple yet handy! i love it. it's missing the last star because a thicker shoulder pad would have been perfect! (i carry a lot of stuff with me)

Photo misleading, August 27, 2010

Ordered the olive drab Israeli Paratroop messenger bag. The photo associated with it does not include the absurd cranberry pink stylized parachute on the cover flap. I am not about to walk around with this thing. Maybe someone else finds it attractive but they should at least see what they are being sold before deliver.

Good for my iPad, August 19, 2010
|

I bought the bag to carry my iPad, and it's working nicely. The bag is light, but sturdy. It easily holds my iPad, an umbrella, paperback, and assorted goodies. It's not padded and offers little physical protection, but I knew that from reading other reviews. I'm pleased with it and could see myself buying another one to keep in reserve.
I refuse to call it a "murse" or "man bag," though. Heh. It's just... my bag.
