?From the Front Range to The Hills? uncovers the magic of the Northern Colorado cycling culture as we explore the open country roads of the range, experience the hospitality of city roads and gaze at the spectacular mountains and dynamic rock outcrops! This route tours some of the paths through Loveland Colorado, then hits the roads and climbs to Carter Lake and winds its way North to the Horstooth Resevoir just outside of Ft Collins. Warming up slowly along the country roads and paths through Loveland CO is a nice treat and respice to the rest of the workout. This workout will kick in with our trek to the hills. With 50 more miles in front of us, the efforts pick up and we reel in cyclists on the horizon, race to the tops of steep mountain climbs and even ride with a pack of motorcycles! This ride gets tough and will build endurance in the anaerobic zones, build strength in the legs and will help push the pain threshold a little bit further. Have a blast!
