No instructions Included!, December 16, 2009

Once you receive the bike, you're pretty much on your own. Once I opened the box, I searched for the instructions but only found a small set of tools and an owners manual. But no instructions on how to properly assemble the bike! I contacted Diamondback customer service the next day, and the rep politely explained that selling directly to the customers was "new" to them and that they were working on designing a step-by-step instruction manual, without a specific date when that will happen. So if you're purchasing this bike, know that you might need to spend an extra $30-$60 to have it professionally assembled. And oh yeah, they forgot to include a kickstand in the packaging. But gratefully, one was mailed the next day.
The bike looks and feels great. My only beef with it is the back seat keeps tilting backwards. I've tried over and over to tighten the bolts supporting the seat, but to no avail.
