I found this unit easy to set up, easy to slip my bike into (Trek 2200), and great for training. Operation is smooth and quiet and the resistance is uniform in any gear. I'm very happy with this product.

Realistic and Easy to Use, February 15, 2009

This is my first bike trainer, and I am incedibly happy with it. I wanted to spend the money to get a decent one I wouldn't need to upgrade and could keep for a looong time. It was well worth the money - very realistic riding and resistance. I took probably longer than most to set it up because I didn't want to mess anything up and it was very easy to get going - seemed almost too easy! I can easily take the bike off for outdoor riding and get it set up again in no time. I couldn't be happier with this purchase - well worth it.
