Often copied but never duplicated, the award-winning Alien II multifunction bicycle tool is still the best. And with 26 high-quality, hardened-steel tools at your fingertips, you'll rarely find yourself without exactly what you need. The tools include 14g and 15g spoke wrenches, two integrated tire levers, a T25 Torx wrench, Phillips and flat-head screwdrivers, a mini pedal wrench for field repairs, eight sizes of Allen wrenches (2 through 10mm), six box wrenches (two 8, 9, and 10mm sizes), a steel wire chain hook, a stainless-steel knife, a cast Cromoly steel chain tool, and compartments for two chain pins. There's even a bottle opener for post-ride celebrations. The Alien II measures 3.4 by 1.7 by 1.6 inches (W x H x D) and comes with a ND nylon storage bag with a belt clip.

Versatile, compact, awesome!, August 31, 2010

Great little tool, somewhat heavy but it will do anything you need as far as bike repairs are concerned. Would be nice to have a little more leverage with the pedal wrench, but otherwise, great tool!

A Must Have, August 24, 2010

This is a great tool for any bicyclist. I mainly do mountain biking and the Topeak Alien II is the perfect tool to use on and off the trail. I always keep mine in my backpack along with a spare tube and small pump. Its is very compact yet very strong. Its great for tuning spokes and tightening screws and bolts. So far every tool I needed has been on this Multi-tool. Very happy with this purchase and glad I bought this instead of the Park Tools.

Multifunction to the extreme., August 16, 2010

I've recently gotten into road biking again and wanted a small universal tool to be able to take with me on rides in the event of mechanical problems. This tool has more functions than I will probably ever use, hopefully. I say hopefully in that if I am using some of the tools, I've had a mechanical breakdown and who wants that. :)
The storage pouch that it comes with is perfectly sized to hold the tool tight in place. Added with that the belt clip type setup allowed me to clip it to the underside of my seat bag and not take up space within the bag. I checked to make sure the device stayed in place several times of some rough terrain and it held fine. There is also an option mounting device that will allow you to clip it to the bike as noted in the instruction manual.
The tool is well made and versatile. It's compact design and storage case make it an excellent add-on for any cyclist.

Topeak Alien II Is Worth It, August 9, 2010

Multiple, useful bike tools in an easy-to-carry, compact case. Fits in my under seat bike bag from Aventir. No complaints at all; good price and solid construction as well. I would recommend this to a friend.

Awesome!, August 7, 2010

This has everything you could possibly need for a bike-tool. Perfect for tune-ups, adjustments, repairs, whatever! I even put a bike together out of the box with this (though I would recommend an actual pedal-wrench for an easier time getting it to the right torque.) I use it on my road bike and mountain bike, and absolutely love it. It is built solid, stainless steel, hard case. The tool also slides apart into 2 pieces to make it easier to work with. Some reviewers have complained about its size, but I disagree, I do not find it cumbersome at all. Then again, I didn't race in the Tour de France as some of the other reviewers seem to have.
Get this multi-tool!
